I was very hesitant after reading some of the reviews but for the price I was willing to take my chances. I stayed 4 night with my brother for Wrestlemania & actually met some fans from all over the world. I came in with a mindset of it being an “ok” hotel but I actually really liked the hotel, it was really clean and every single staff that was cleaning would greet us and ask if we needed anything even when we were no where near the room! & for those wondering I did not see any little critters around what’s so ever. They had a security walking around the hotel which made us feel safer that nobody was wondering through our car. My advice to people looking to book is if you’re hungry go to Pico Rivera just a 10min drive and lots of options of food. Denny’s wasn’t very good but that’s just my opinion never really been a fan. There was only one girl at the front desk that actually really helped us out and even gave us suggestions of fun things to do but the rest of the front desk either won’t acknowledge you or they look like they hate there job. You can extend your check out for a few more hours for $20 great deal! I would definitely come back!

You are located in the center of L.A. and all his advantages in a very professional and clean Hotel on a very low rate! We would definitely choose that Hotel again! Free parking (which is not often the case in L.A.) and security at the entrance also taking a look at your car while you don't is an amazing added value! One of the most impressive experience in our point of view: The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, we felt in good hands at any time!

The room was very comfortable. A little dated but still clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing and would go above and beyond for you. Breakfast is good too, lots of varieties. The first room I was given had problems with the air conditioning midway throughout my stay and the front desk was happy to switch me to another room even though it was pretty late at night. Denny's was convenient too. Good location as it was quite central to most places I was visiting. Would definitely stay here again when I return.

If you count their value (i.e., for a family of four members), you end up with one of the cheapest accommodations in LA at Best Western standards (i.e., cleanliness, etc).
